These replace the old Microsoft Gold Partner competencies with far more rigorous evaluation criteria recognizing how Partners deliver ongoing customer value. A Solutions Partner designation helps to identify partners with experience in high demand Microsoft Cloud solution areas and those who have delivered successful customer outcomes. Success is measured by customer success, skilling, and performance. To earn these, partners submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects and also complete certification assessments to prove their level of technology expertise and required level of capability.

In addition, we have also earned 13 coveted Specialisations across the designation areas. These are a select set of Solutions Partners who have undergone extensive validation by Microsoft or a third-party auditor and based on their ability to meet Microsoft’s highest standards of service delivery in a specific solution area.
